Pastoral Ballot

After a prayerful discernment process, the Succession Planning Team and the Congregational Leadership Board are unified in bringing the following recommendation to the BGMC congregation:

Offer Maribeth (Longacre) Benner a 5-year contract as lead pastor to guide BGMC’s collaborative leadership model, and to continue the transformation process, with accountability to the Congregational Leadership Board.

Ballots will only be seen by three persons representing CLB/Elders/Executive Assistant.
