We are seeking a Christ-centered Lead Pastor, with an Anabaptist values, who is a strong, visionary leader—someone who can both continue our ongoing transformation plan and empower a dynamic team to carry it forward. The composition of this team will be shaped in part by the unique strengths and leadership style of the Lead Pastor, allowing room for collaboration and strategic development aligned with their vision and capabilities.
