Firman Gingerich, Lead Pastor

Firman Gingerich began serving as Lead Pastor at Blooming Glen Mennonite Church on September 1, 2007. Firman and Susan (wife) are native Iowans. They are parents to two adult children and have one grandchild. Firman attended both Eastern Mennonite and Goshen College. After teaching in elementary schools for 8 years, he received a Master of Divinity degree from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in Elkhart, Indiana. He served pastorates in Iowa and Indiana before coming to Blooming Glen Mennonite Church. He brings broad experience as a pastor in both small and large congregations in multiple-staff ministry teams. Firman describes his mission as, “Telling others of the height and depth, the length and breadth of God's love to all in Christ Jesus.”
